Having arrived in Tunisia, the Inolys team set off to discover the hidden treasures of Tunis, starting with the premises of Advancia Teleservices. After a warm welcome from the CEO, Mr Sahbi Gargouri, and the head of production, Mr Walid Arbi, and a brief presentation of Advancia’s business, the teams met Chourouk and Manel over pastries, fresh fruit juice, lemonade and coffee.
A full tour of the premises and the area reserved for Stocklys calls was also on the agenda, to immerse them in the heart of the call centre and get to know the telemarketers.
